Available for viewing, this mid. sized hose-reel irrigation machine from the NewEng FerboRain range is manufactured to our specifications in Italy, and were previously supplied by us as Wright Rain/Idrofoglia Rainmakers.

Typically this machine can apply 58m³/h through a 26mm raingun nozzle at 5 bars, requiring a connection pressure of about 9 bars depending on local conditions. When operated at 72 metre spacings between runs, a full length run in 11 hours will provide a nominal 22mm application of water; equivalent to an irrigation capacity of 87 acre inches per week, assuming two such runs per day.
